10 ways to move for 10 minutes

If you've been taking part in our morning routine challenge, you will have been asked to move your body for at least 10 minutes in the morning. If you have no idea where to start, don't worry! Here's 10 ways you can get moving for your morning 10(ish) minutes!

 

 

  1. Take a 10 minute walk outside

  3. Take a 10 minute morning yoga class https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaoV1PrYft4
  4. Run around the block for 10 minutes

  6. Set a timer and complete as many rounds as possible of: 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 30 squats
  7. Jog for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds x 10
  8. Find a gentle hill and run for 60 seconds up and take 90 seconds to walk back down

And most importantly, have fun with it! If you're new to exercise, try a few different things to see what you like most. It might feel like hard work at first, but you'll be amazed at how quickly your body adapts and you'll be able to do so much more!
