Periods of isolation (whether alone or with family) can throw up all kinds of unexpected issues, so we've created this 7-day wellbeing programme to support you through this tricky time.


The Working From Home - The Wellbeing Way programme will help you:

- Stop and listen to your bodies needs and know what to do to bring you back to balance
- To create the behaviours and habits that help you thrive and innovate in times of adversity

This self-paced course can be completed over 7 days, or spread out over 3 weeks, focusing on one exercise per day.
