Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are a class of fatty acids that are more rapidly absorbed and burned as energy and are lower in calories than long chain fatty acids. Co-Q10 is better absorbed when fats are available and therefore including MCT in this product helps support absorption.
Directions:
As a food supplement, take one to three capsules per day with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
