Each two (2) tablets of Solgar Hair, Skin and Nails Formula provide:
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1000 mg
• Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 120 mg
• L-Lysine (l-lysine HCL) 50 mg
• L-Proline 50 mg
• Silicon (silica, L corallioides [red algae powder]) 50 mg
• Zinc (zinc citrate) 15 mg
• Copper (copper glycinate) 2 mg
