An important product in the Dr.Hauschka facial skin care range for oily skin. Maintains the pH balance so that the acidic barrier protecting you remains undamaged. Deep cleansing. Maintains and supports the skin's natural moisture level.
Directions:
Use twice a day, in the morning and at night. Remove make-up with Cleansing Milk, moisten face well with water. Squeeze 2cms of Cleansing Cream into wet hands, mix with warm water and spread between wet hands to create a creamy emulsion. Begin to work the Cleansing Cream into the face with a rolling pressing movement of palms and fingers. Work from the centre to the outside to stimulate the lymphatic flow. Keep the emulsion wet, DO NOT RUB AND SCRUB. The length of time required to work Cleansing Cream into the skin for an oily impure condition is 3 - 5 minutes. Remember to keep the emulsion wet. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with a cool splash or compress. This causes the arrector pili muscle at the base of the hair follicle to contract, loosening any impurities that have accumulated deep in the pore.
Mist face and neck liberally with Clarifying Toner and gently press into the skin, morning and evening after cleansing. The Facial Steam bath can be used once a week to open the pores before a deep cleanse with the Clay Mask. Fill a bowl with half a litre of boiling water and add two tablespoons of Facial Steam Bath. Lean over the bowl and inhale deeply for 5 - 10 minutes.
Mix the clay mask with two teaspoons of warm water and apply after the facial steam treatment. Facial Steam Bath and Cleansing Clay Mask work together as an effective program for oily skin. Applied once or twice a week they support the skin in finding its own natural balance. As an intensive treatment the Rejuvenating Mask can be applied sparingly after a deep cleanse,leave on for 20 - 30 minutes, compress gently away with a tepid moist cloth.
