Directions:
Adults ,including the elderly and children over 12 years:
Tablets: Chew or swallow one tablet three times a day and follow with a little cold water.
Liquid: One 5ml teaspoonful taken three times a day before meals. May be taken alone or mixed with juice if preferred
Children aged 3 – 12 years: Take 1/2 Adult dose
Bio-Strath Elixir is not recommended for children under 3
Suitable for: vegetarians, vegans (tablets only) pregnant women, people with diabetes (tablets only), and those following a lactose, wheat and gluten-free diet. (gluten free - tablets only)
