The treatment begins with a soothing sage foot bath during which your Esthetician will discuss with you your skin and care routine. Your legs and feet are then massaged, followed by gentle stretching and relaxing movements to your neck, head and arms.

Your face and décolleté are cleansed with aromatic water and after a facial steam bath a deep cleansing mask is applied. Next to stimulate the lymphatic system gentle rhythmical movements are used. To finish day care is applied and your relaxing journey is completed

Treatment Description

The treatment begins with a sage footbath, whilst the client’s feet are soaking we give a consultation to find out a bit about the clients skin.

The client moves over to the couch for the awakening of the lymph system ( lower leg massage with rosemary leg and arm toner and fitness foot balm) head rolls, and arm raises with one of the body milks and hand cream.

Pre cleanse in gentle circular movements with the cleansing milk, then warm compresses to the face, neck and décolleté, followed by cleansing with the cleansing cream, facial toner and eye balm is applied in preparation for the facial steam bath.

The client then sits up for, for the facial steam bath, which contains witchazel and daisy to help clarify and open up the pores. Lying back down the deep cleansing clay mask is applied, and eye pads with eye solace on are placed over the eyes.

Once the clay is removed we move onto the lymph stimulation using special brushes and the esthetician’s hands. Gentle rhythmical movements stimulate the flow of the lymph. 2 Rhythmic night conditioner ampoules are applied to the face neck and décolleté, followed by application of one of 4 Dr.Hauschka nourishing masks.

Whilst the client is relaxing with the nourishing mask and eye solace eye pads, the décolleté is massage with one of the Dr.Hauschka body oils.

The mask is then removed and day care is applied (toner, moisturiser and daily revitalising eye cream)
