Swedish Massage

Massage This is a more rigorous massage than the Aromatherapy Massage. Designed to disperse physical tension from the body,
it can help loosen tight muscles and reduce stiffness. It's a technique used most commonly in our de-stress back and shoulder massage. We ALL need some of this! If it's more sports injury then perhaps Bowen. Ask our advice if you want pointing in the right direction.
