What will Iyengar Yoga do for me?

This is a question that many people ask themselves prior to attending their first class. Iyengar yoga is a non aggressive form of exercise for your body and mind. The regular practice of yoga will do what your body and mind requires at that given time

If you have no expectations and practice yoga with honesty, commitment and joy you will feel the benefits. Iyengar yoga has been medically proven to help with anxiety, back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure, depression, alcoholism, just to name a few.
