Katie’s Clients Say:
“I have studied bits of the Digestion system at ‘O’ level and on a science foundation course with the Open University, but the way you presented the information just made things click into place for me. This understanding is what I believe will lead us to make life long changes to how we eat. I really feel well equipped and confident that I can make a positive change not only to my own health, but that of my family too.” Female, 48 yrs
"Katie has been a real find. She has supported me every step of the way in my journey to learn how to live with Coeliac Disease. She has effectively re-taught me everything I need to know about food and nutrition, always in ways that have been practical, achievable and easy to manage. She has been unfailingly understanding and encouraging. I finally know what it means to feel healthy, to be full of vitality and to have plenty of energy. I now have an immune system that works and have taken up running. This wouldn't have happened without Katie's help.” Female, 45 yrs
“Having suffered with high levels of anxiety and food intolerances for nearly 20 years I arranged a consultation with Katie to establish a structured approach to resolving the underlying causes. I found her to be professional but also very supportive to me as a person. We jointly agreed on a path of investigation and each step was well thought through, and as we gained understanding of my issues we were able to apply our joint knowledge to find real solutions. I have now been anxiety and intolerance free for 2 months but have seen noticeable improvements for 5 months – Thank you Katie” Male, 42 yrs
"Katie is very knowledgeable and has helped me change the way I eat. My digestive system is much more settled now, and I know what is good for me and what is not thanks to a Food Intolerance Test which she organised. Katie listened to me and helped me with my specific needs, and now my body feels the benefit." Female, 51 yrs
"It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie. I went to see her for issues to do with PMT, from which I had suffered from for years. We talked through my present diet regime, any ailments that I suffered from, and various other questions about my health, which in itself was an eye opening experience. Katie helped me to see how I could go about balancing my hormones and increasing my energy levels through subtle changes to my diet and a range of supplements. I especially liked the information handouts that she passed on to me. Having taken everything on board that Katie had recommended I started to see results within 1 month, to my absolute delight! I really do have a lot to thank Katie for, the experience was both uplifting and inspirational." - Female, 30 yrs
"Thank you so much for all your excellent advice. If I carry on as I am, I know that I will be a nifty fifty next year! My knee pain is gone as long as I eat well. I fell much better and sleep better as well. I have also lost weight and do not have any menopausal symptoms at all any more. I have now managed to succeed in growing sprouts from seeds and not only are they healthy but it is very satisfying to eat something I have grown – they taste good as well! Thank you." – Female, 49 yrs
