My name is Helen Williams and I'm offering astrological readings at Alexandra Worsley. I discovered astrology in the early nineties and have been working with it ever since. I have done some in-depth study with a couple of important teachers and in my continuing studies I've developed a way of understanding and working with the patterns of a natal chart.
In my own healing journey I have benefited from psychotherapy, homeopathy, shiatsu and hands-on healing and subsequently trained as a homeopath and hands-on healer. My aim is to hold a space where a client can explore the depths of who they are through the medium of their own birth chart. (This can be combined with focused healing where appropriate.)
Your birth chart is a 'snapshot' of where all the planets were at the moment of your birth. (And as the planets continue their journey, they pinpoint various facets of your natal energy.) An interpretation of the symbols of the chart explores your basic attitude to life, your strengths, as well as your inner and outer challenges (including how you approach and how you experience relationships, career, family, etc.).
An initial reading (usually one hour) brings out the major focal points of your unique life-pattern and is in no way meant to be taken as definitive or 'fixed instone'. I would encourage you to treat each session as a dialogue with yourself. Don't leave it at one reading; there's far more to you than we can fit into one hour!
