Dawn is our very own personal trainer.  Dawn offers professional one to one or small group exercise programmes which can be done in our studio at Alexandra Worsley, outdoors or in your own home.

Dawn will work with you to determine your exercise goals and to create a programme tailored to suit your needs. This may include strengthing, resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training.

"Being a personal trainer for a decade and a half and working in the industry for 24 years has given me invaluable experience, it has allowed me to train clients from all types of backgrounds, all with different needs."

Dawn is qualified in:

  • Exercise and sports science
  • Pre and post pregnancy exercise
  • Resistance training for the gym

and can provide healthy eating advice alongside your training programme.
